We want to thank all our special guests and readers this week. Each class hosted a variety of family, friends, local athletes and more to join in our Dr. Seuss week fun. There were so many guests and we are thankful for each and every one of you!

CBL Needs Your Help
The Fitness CBL group is conducting a survey regarding our city and county parks. This survey will help them to determine the best location for additional outdoor fitness equipment and B-cycles. Although they have surveyed many different groups, they need your help! Please fill out the survey found by following the link below. Steak Dinner
The annual Evening with Friends, Steak Dinner will be held on April 16 at 6PM in the gym. This annual event raises money for our annual fund. Choir students in grades 3-12 will perform a wonderful medley of songs but various musical Legends! It is a night you do not want to miss! Invitations will be mailed soon! Tickets go on sale March 14.
Golf Tournament
April 23, 2016 at Swan Lake Golf Course, shot gun start at 8:00 AM
Cost is $75 per golfer, $300 for a 4 man team. This price also includes lunch and prize money for winners.
The tournament is a 4 man scramble with everyone receiving a door prize. There will be a car for a hole in one on a specified hole. Also prizes for closest to the hole and longest drive. There will be a putting contest for an additional $5.

We are also looking for sponsors for the Cougar Club Golf Classic Golf Tournament. There are 3 levels of sponsorship, $100 Hole Sponsor, $500 Blue Sponsor and $1000 Gold Sponsor. Contact Theresia Burchett at tburchett@clarksvilleacademy.com.

Photos
Many of you take photos at various events and activities around school. We encourage you to share these with our Marketing/PR office as well as our yearbook staff by using the email photos@clarksvilleacademy.com. This email is designed for students and parents to send pictures taken throughout the school year. We encourage you to caption your photo or to write a sentence or two with the event name, students pictured in the photo and the date it was taken. We do not guarantee that every photo will be used, but we look forward to seeing your pictures.
Attendance
Please contact Kristi Truitt at ktruitt@clarksvilleacademy.com when your child is going to be out of school. This helps us to keep our attendance records up to date. If you know your child will be late due to an appointment please let us know that as well. Thank you.
Cougar Bucks
Cougar Bucks may be added to your Cougar Card any time day or night! We encourage everyone to take advantage of this easy way to pay for lunch, break, or even the Cougar Store! Payments can be made through our online Marketplace at the below link or by visiting Mrs. Kristi Truitt in the Cougar Café.

News from the Cougar Café
Please remember to Pre-Order Lunch each week. This is very important even when you are on the annual or bi-annual lunch plan. Clarksville Academy now offers a Cougar Bucks Account option to better assist children with their lunch needs! This convenient option gives families the opportunity to deposit money into an account and this money can be withdrawn for miscellaneous items that are available at the express window or the hot lunch window. Payments can now be made via the new online marketplace!

Box Tops & Campbell’s Labels
This is a reminder that CA collects Campbell’s labels and Box Tops through our CAA. The money raised from this project funds various school improvement projects. Last year we raised over $2000 through the Box Tops program alone! Please turn yours into your child’s teacher or Ms. Turnage in the front office.
