Consumable Fees

One thing we hear time and time again is the ongoing request for additional fees for field trips, classroom supplies, yearbooks, and more. The Consumable Fee varies by grade level and covers the often-requested additional fees. Major school trips like LBL, Fall Creek Falls, Washington D.C., international trips, AP testing, Dual Enrollment classes, etc., will not be covered by this fee.

Technology Fees

Pre-K – 12 students have 1:1 technology. We are an Apple Distinguished School. Pre-K – 8 students use iPads while 9 – 12 students use MacBook laptops. This fee covers the yearly usage, insurance, and repair of these devices.

Application Fee

An application fee of $120 is due at the time of the online application. This covers the cost of the candidate’s admissions assessment.

Extended Care Contract Options:

Fees may be paid annually, bi-annually, or monthly by bank draft, Sept-May. (There will be no charge for the month of August.) Extended Care afternoon times are 2:45 pm – 5:45 pm, and care is available for PreK-5th grade.

Part Time Extended Care – Full Year Enrollment = $1755.50 Sept 1
Part Time Extended Care – 1st or 2nd Bi-Annual Enrollment Per Semester = $877.50
Part Time Extended Care – Monthly September through May = $195.00
