Clarksville Academy At Home Continues

CA At Home will continue through April 30 per Governor Lee’s and President Trump’s request. The current plan is for students to return to school Friday, May 1. This includes all athletic and after school activities. The athletic complex will remained closed during this time except for maintenance purposes.

The Business Office will be open Monday through Friday, from 9:00-11:00 AM.

Town Hall Meetings

Beginning Wednesday, April 1, we will host various town hall meetings via Zoom. These will cover a variety of topics like a Q&A session with Mrs. Hinote, Matt Wallace, and the Heads of Schools, a Tuition Assistance meeting, and one on one 2020-2021 class schedule meetings. Other topics will be added as needs arise. Most of these sessions will take place on Tuesday or Thursday throughout the month of April. The first Zoom meeting(s) will take place Wednesday, April 1. This town hall style meeting will take place at 3 different times, one for each divisional school. You are invited to attend the one for your divisional school. While the format will be the same for each meeting, the divisional head of school will join Mrs. Hinote and Mr. Wallace. Participants are asked to submit questions by 3PM today to the meeting. These can be sent to Sally Allen, at sallen@clarksvilleacademy.com.

Spirit Week

We invite you to join us for #CAatHome Spirit Week! Make sure to document your week and send it to us at photos@clarksvilleacademy.com and post them to social media using the Hashtag #CAatHome, and tag us in it!

Cougars Care

Clarksville Academy Cougars Care is a new program which encourages community awareness and community giving. These acts of kindness demonstrate how we can all make a difference in our community. Marketing Campaign

Recently you received one of our postcards about CA. We encourage you to share this card with a friend or neighbor who might be interested in CA. We invite you to share it digitally (make sure your name or address is visible). If that person shows admissions your card (digital or physical) and they complete the enrollment process for 2020-2021, your family will receive a $250 credit on their fees for next year. The Admissions Office is scheduling virtual school tours and one on one virtual chats with prospective families daily. CA Experience

We are hard at work selecting camps for this summer. If you have suggestions or requests for the types of camps you would like to see this summer, please contact our CA Experience Coordinator, Danny Magrans at dmagrans@clarksvilleacademy.com.

Important Dates

Steak Dinner—Due to the new guidelines, we are considering new dates for our Annual Steak Dinner. This will be shared soon.

Prom—We have currently moved Prom to May 16. More details will be sent to Juniors and Seniors regarding this change soon.

Graduation—It is our hope to continue with Graduation on May 20 at 6PM.
