Semester 1 Exam Week Schedule
Monday, December 15
Students will follow their normal daily schedule until the exam begins.
1:30 – 3:00 1st period exam
Tuesday, December 16
8:00 – 9:30 2nd period exam
9:30 – 9:45 Break
9:45 – 11:15 3rd period exam
Wednesday, December 17
8:00 – 9:30 4th period exam
9:30 – 9:45 Break
9:45 – 11:15 5th period exam
Thursday, December 18
8:00 – 9:30 6th period exam
9:30 – 9:45 Break
9:45 – 11:15 7th period exam
Notes to students and parents:
- Exam reviews will take place on Friday, December 12th and Monday, December 15th, 2025.
- There is NO morning assembly on exam days. You are to report to each of your exams on time. Do not be late. Exams are required in order to earn credit for a class. In Middle School, exams are only administered for math, science, English, and social studies.
- Take whatever you need for your current exam and whatever you need to study for the next exam (if applicable). Students will not be released for any reason during exam time.
- If you do not have an exam, you are not required to be on campus. However, if you are unable to leave before the 11:15 a.m. dismissal time or need a place to study, report to the study hall for that class period. Study hall locations are below.
- All students arriving on campus without an 8:00 a.m. exam must report to the study hall location.
- Non-driving students will NOT be allowed to leave campus, during the exam day, unless being picked up by a parent, guardian, or authorized person. ALL MS and US students must be picked up no later than 11:30 a.m. on exam days.
- Please do not arrive on campus until just prior to your scheduled exam. Be very quiet as you are making your way to and from your exam locations. Avoid disrupting exams in progress.
- When leaving after an exam, students should do so quickly and quietly. Again, avoid disrupting the next exam in progress.
- Teachers will be monitoring the halls before, during, and after each exam.
- Students are required to abide by the student dress code. Pajamas/leggings are not permitted during exams.
Please Note:
- There will be no mid-day van service on exam days. All Middle/Upper School students must leave campus at the conclusion of their last exam of the day.
- Lunch will not be served to students in Middle/Upper School on exam days.
