Performance & Visual Arts

Clarksville Academy has a tradition of excellence in the arts. Both the visual arts and performance arts are taught to students in PK through 12 grade. Students learn painting, stone sculpture, printing, ceramics, voice, dance, drama, and stage performance among many other art forms.

A variety of performances are presented throughout the year ranging from lower school programs such as Grandparent’s Day, the Annual Veteran’s & Christmas Programs.  Middle and Upper School offer a variety of performances in drama, dance, and music varying from our Annual Steak Dinner, fall and spring drama class presentations, Christmas programs and much more.

Upper school students have travel opportunities in the arts ranging from performing in New York, Orlando, and Gatlinburg and can experience the landmarks and cultures of each city.

Visual arts students may elect to travel abroad to with their art instructors and see France, Greece, and Italy to name a few.
