Everything you need to know for Back to School 2023! School begins August 9, with a half day for all students. August 10 will be a full day for Middle & Upper School students and a half day for Lower School. All students will report for a full day on August 11.
Upper and Middle School students report to school for assembly at 7:50 (please see the assembly schedule which will be shared by your Head of School). Dismissal for Upper & Middle School is 3:00 PM. Lower School must be in class by 8:00 and will have a staggered dismissal depending on grade. Please see your teacher for more information.

Upper School does not have a required supply list.

Overview
You are receiving this document because Clarksville Academy is currently using Blackbaud. Parents can log into Blackbaud, click on a link, and automatically login into the EZ School Apps using the Single Sign-on option for pre-ordering lunch, al a carte, and snacks, as well as paying for food items.
Log into Blackbaud
- Click on this link – https://clarksvilleacademy.myschoolapp.com
- Log in using your Blackbaud email and password.
- Once signed in, click Resources and choose Cougar Café.
- This is direct you to the Cougar Café food service site.
NO CASH will be exchanged in the cafeteria. If you need to pay for food items, please pay the Business Office or check out with a credit card on the EZSchoolApp website.
You must pre-order hot lunch items by Friday of each week for the following week.
