First Grade Pet Show
The Annual 1st Grade Pet Show took place on Thursday, October 29. Over forty pets (some live, some stuffed) joined us for a wonderful tradition!
Kindergarten had a great time with our senior buddies on Monday, preparing our bags for our Spook Walk on Friday. Each class had earned the letters to spell PIZZA in their class for their good behavior, so they enjoyed that at their parties on Friday. The Spook Walk was wonderful.
The third graders culminated their Unit on Our Country’s History by creating Patriotic Pumpkins. They did a wonderful job turning their pumpkins into a historical figure. They also reported interesting facts about their person to the class. Everyone has had fun guessing the Patriots and American Heroes.
After School Enrichment Program
CA is proud to announce our After School Enrichment Program. Throughout the year we will continue to add a variety of activities to the schedule. These may include (but are not limited to) courses in fitness, cursive writing, music lessons, art, and more. Be sure to bookmark this site and check it often!
Check the site often as updates happen weekly.
Many of you take photos at various events and activities around school. We encourage you to share these with our Marketing/PR office as well as our yearbook staff by using the email email@example.com. This email is designated for students and parents to send pictures taken throughout the school year. We encourage you to caption your photo or to write a sentence or two with the event name, students pictured in the photo and the date it was taken. We do not guarantee that every photo will be used, but we look forward to seeing your pictures.
We encourage you to download our mobile app from the App Store. We are currently only available on Apple products. This app will provide wonderful updates about what is going on at our school.

Box Tops & Campbell’s Labels
This is a reminder that CA collects Campbell’s labels and Box Tops through our CAA. The money raised from this project funds various school improvement projects. Last year we raised over $2000 through the Box Tops program alone! Please turn yours into your child’s teacher or Ms. Turnage in the front office.
