The Magazine Sales drive will kick off on Tuesday, August 26. This is Clarksville Academy’s only school wide fundraiser all year long. We encourage every family to participate and sell at least 10 magazine subscriptions. The money raised from these sales funds many of our programs throughout the year. If the school reaches its overall sales goal, Oct 10 will be given as a day off and Fall Break will begin early! If you have questions regarding the magazine sale, please contact your child’s teacher or Sally Allen at firstname.lastname@example.org or Kari Turner at email@example.com.
Cougar Bucks may be added to your Cougar Card any time day or night! We encourage everyone to take advantage of this easy way to pay for lunch, break, or even the Cougar Store! Payments can be made through our online Marketplace at the below link or by visiting Mrs. Kristi Truitt in the Cougar Café.
To better service our families a new online Marketplace has been developed. You may visit the marketplace at http://marketplace.clarksvilleacademy.com/all-products/. You can pay fees, tuition, Cougar Bucks and more all in one place!
Please join Intermediate School Fellowship of Christian Athletes on September 3 for our first meeting! We will meet each Wednesday morning in Mrs. Hinson’s classroom #128 (under the main building) at 7:15 a.m. Our officers this year are Carson Caudill and Madison Hawkins-Presidents, Charlton Kelly-Vice President, Bailey Coleman-Communication Coordinator, and Addy Means-Recruiter. Everyone is welcome!
Please join the Upper School Fellowship of Christian Athletes on September 3 for our first meeting! We will meet each Wednesday morning at 7:15 in Coach Chuck Holt’s room (under the gym). We invite everyone to attend!
Expanding the Experience
Clarksville Academy is still very excited about our expansion plans! As you can see a new expansion is slated to open January 2015 and is adjacent to the main building. This expansion is really booming on the north end of our campus and we are thrilled with the process! In this expanded part of the main building we have the opportunity for a few more classrooms to be named. We have had a few families reserve naming rights on some of the classrooms, but still have a couple left. If you are interested in honoring or memorializing someone in this way, please contact Sally Allen at firstname.lastname@example.org or 647-6311. These won’t last long.
On the south end of campus we are undergoing a restoration project. This project should last three weeks and will affect access from that end of the building. All foot traffic should enter through the main doors of the main building. Students in classrooms 128 & 129 have been relocated for this restoration. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this exciting time at CA.
Our hope is to have the new building shown below completed in the next 3-5 years. We need your help do this! Contact Sally Allen at email@example.com to find out what you can do to help us reach our goal.

Box Tops & Campbell’s Labels
This is a reminder that CA collects Campbell’s labels and Box Tops through our CAA. The money raised from this project funds various school improvement projects. Last year we raised over $2000 through the Box Tops program alone! Please turn yours into your child’s teacher or Ms. Turnage in the front office.
We encourage you to download our mobile app from the App Store. We are currently only available on Apple products. This app will provide wonderful updates about what is going on at our school.
