3rd Grade Election

Mrs. Meek & Mrs. Morgan’s 3rd grade classes have had fun learning about the election process.  Over the course of the last few weeks, they have studied the past Presidents, the election process, the Congress and Senate and so much more.  Each student was assigned a past president in which to replicate on a pumpkin!  The results were fantastic!  On Tuesday, November 6 the entire school voted to elect the President and our students chose Mitt Romney.  This was a wonderful exercise for our students!  A big thank you for Check out some great photos from this event!

FCA

Please join Fellowship of Christian Athletes on Wednesdays for our meeting! This year Upper school FCA will meet in Coach Holt’s classroom #118 (under the gym) and Intermediate school FCA will meet in Mrs. Hinson’s classroom #128. We will be meeting on Wednesday mornings at 7:15 a.m. Please come and be a part of FCA, everyone is welcome! You do not have to be an athlete to participate in FCA.

Lunch Menu

We have gone completely online for lunch ordering.  The following link will enable you to order your child’s lunch online. Please remember that all students must pre-order when eating from the hot lunch line (this includes all those who have pre-paid for an entire year of lunches) and that students will be charged for a lunch if ordered unless they are absent.  These new online forms will go out on Monday and will be requested back by no later than Wednesday of that week. Please send hot lunch payments in a Ziploc bag or envelope clearly marked with your child’s name, grade and teacher.  We are so excited about this new process and hope you will be too!  Please contact Ms. Tooley at lunch@clarksvilleacademy.com.
