Clarksville Academy Cougar Classic Golf Tournament

19th Annual Clarksville Academy Cougar Classic Golf Tournament presented by The Clarksville Academy Cougar Club will be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2014 at Swan Lake Golf Course off of Dunbar Cave Road in Clarksville. This is a four-person scramble.  There will be a shotgun start at 8:00 AM. For more information the tournament or sponsorships, please contact Theresia Burchett at


Clarksville Academy National Honor Society

Clarksville Academy recently inducted 110 students into the National Honor Society and Junior National Honor Society.
To be eligible, students must be in 7th-12th grade, maintain a 3.0 GPA, have no disciplinary infractions, a teacher’s recommendation, and exemplify the areas of leadership, service, scholarship, citizenship and character.
More than 63 percent of Clarksville Academy’s intermediate and upper school student body are members an honor society. We are very proud of these students and their accomplishments!!

CA Varsity Dance Team Tryout

Varsity Dance Team Try Outs will be held April 14-17 from 3-4:30. Please sign up by sending an email with your name and grade to Theresia Burchett @  A try out packet will then be sent to you via email.


CA Intermediate Dance Team Tryouts

Tryouts for Intermediate School Dance Team will be held next week, April 7-10. Packets are available in the foyer. Packets are due Thursday, April 3rd.


CA Buddy Run

The Intermediate Fitness CBL group is sponsoring the Clarksville Academy Buddy Run on May 3, 2014. Join us for this great event, as Upper School students will partner with a Lower School “Buddy” to encourage fitness and help our lower school students complete this race! Future Expansion

The first preview of building rendering was shown during our Annual Steak Dinner. The drawing will be on display in our foyer as well as online for our parents, students, alumni and other interested stake holders to view. News from the Cougar Café

Clarksville Academy now offers a Cougar Cash Account option to better assist children with their lunch needs! This convenient option gives families the opportunity to deposit money into an account and this money can be withdrawn for miscellaneous items that are available at the express window or the hot lunch window.

Box Tops & Campbell’s Labels—

This is a reminder that CA collects Campbell’s labels and Box Tops through our CAA. The money raised from this project funds various school improvement projects. Last year we raised over $2000 through the Box Tops program alone! Please turn yours into your child’s teacher or Ms. Turnage in the front office.
