Drama Class

The Intermediate School Drama classes started a unit on monologues last week. They are having fun learning more about Shakespearean monologues and practicing them for each other as they rehearse.

They will be reciting them from memory in class on Tuesday! Way to go Drama students!

iLink

Intermediate School iLink kicked off on Friday centering on a year of giving back. Students will participate within their iLink groups doing good deeds or random acts of kindness. Many groups had a great start and did everything from helping our maintenance staff with projects, to leaving positive notes of affirmation around campus, holding lunch duty for lower school teachers, and inviting lower school to read or play. We look forward to seeing what great acts they perform this year.

The Caring Cawood Coffee Crew spread kindness to a few lower school classes during our first iLink meeting of the school year. While the teachers and students were out of the room, we sneaked in and cleaned their desks, vacuumed and wrote inspirational notes to them on the board. We ask for nothing in return except to pass the kind gesture forward!!
