Intermediate School News for January 14-20, 2013

 Note from the Nurse

A reminder to ask your students to wash their hands frequently and to use anti-bacterial gel whenever possible.  Changes in weather bring on more occurrences of the common cold, strep throat and other viruses.  Please check the school handbook for our sick day policy.

Absentee Reminder

A reminder to all parents, if your child is going to be absent or is absent due to illness, we ask that you notify the school.  Thank you.

Intermediate School Spelling Bee

Over the course of the next few days Intermediate School students will participate in spelling challenges in their classes.  The top 4 spellers in each grade (6th-8th) will compete on Tuesday, January 15 at 1:30 for the honor of CA Spelling Bee Champ.

When visiting campus, we remind you that the row of parking directly in front of school and the first two rows near the Cougar Cruisers are reserved faculty/staff spaces.  We ask all parents and guests to park on the hill to the right of the school.  Thank you.

CAA & Box Tops

The CAA is proud to announce that this fall alone we raised over $500 with the Box Tops project.  Thank you for all your support in our efforts to better CA!
