Clarksville Academy’s Winter Carnival!

Saturday, December 1, 2018 – 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Join us on Saturday, December 1 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on the Clarksville Academy campus for our annual Winter Carnival. We will have Reindeer Games, Mistletoe Market, FaLaLa Food Court, Santa’s Silent Auction and the Jingle Bell Jog.

Our Winter Carnival would not be complete without our vendors in Mistletoe Market!  If you are interested, please fill out and return the downloadable form below along with the vendor fee.  The booths are approximately 10 x 10 and rent for $50 each.

1st Annual Jingle Bell Jog

Kick off to the Clarksville Academy Winter Carnival with the Jingle Bell Jog
Registration 9:00am

Students and Parents of all ages are invited to participate on the morning of the Winter Carnival with CA Cross Country Team to Run in the Jingle Bell Jog. All jog participants will receive a t-shirt, an official race number and refreshments. The cost is $15 We are looking for all Families and Businesses to participate in this wonderful event.

Jingle Bell Jog Participants

Jingle Bell Jog participants will receive an event t-shirt, an official race number, and refreshments. The cost is $15. To ensure an official t-shirt entries must be complete by Friday, November 16, 2018. Registrants after this date are not guaranteed a shirt.

Children seven years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.  Forms and money for participants must be turned into the homeroom teachers.  Additional forms may be obtained in the office or downloaded below.

Jingle Bell Jog Sponsorship Opportunities


There are 6 levels of sponsorships available. Sponsorships will be printed on the back of the 2018 Jingle Bell Jog Event T-shirt given to each participant. The size of the print depends on the level of sponsorship. We accept original cutwork or electronic artwork (preferably electronic) or we can typeset for you. We encourage business name and logo’s, family names or children’s names. We appreciate your support and hope you will participate in this year’s Jingle Bell Jog.

Sponsorship Level Examples:

$25.00     –     The Family of Kate and Bill Green,  Bill and Kate Green

$50.00     –     Mr. and Mrs. Sam Green, Company Name and Logo
