Semester II Exam Week Schedule

 Tuesday, May 22

8:00 – 9:30                  1st period exam
9:30 – 9:45                  Break
9:45 – 11:15                2nd period exam


Wednesday, May 23

8:00 – 9:30                  3rd period exam
9:30 – 9:45                  Break
9:45 – 11:15                4th period exam


Thursday, May 24

8:00 – 9:30                   5th period exam

Notes to students and parents:

  1. There will be no assembly on exam days. You are to report to your first exam on time. Do not be late.
  2. Take items needed for each exam and to study for the next (if applicable). No students are to be released for any reason during exam time.
  3. If you do not have an exam (i.e. P.E or elective), you do not need to be on campus. However, if you are
    unable to leave before the 11:15 a.m. dismissal time or need to study, report to the study hall for that class period. Study Hall locations will be sent to students and teachers via email. Mrs. Turnage will also have a list of study hall locations.
  4. Students must be picked up after last exam by a parent or designee. Students may not leave campus and walk to a restaurant and/or business to be picked up at a later time.
  5. Please do not arrive on campus until just prior to your scheduled final. Be very quiet if you need something out of your locker. Avoid disrupting finals in progress. You are not to wander around campus. Students arriving on campus without an 8:00 a.m. exam are to report to the announced study hall location.
  6. When leaving after a final, do so quickly and quietly. Again, avoid disrupting the next final.
  7. Food will be available for sale at the snack bar during break.
  8. Teachers will be monitoring the halls before, during, and after each final. Please be where you are supposed to be or you will be written up for a hallway violation.
  9. Intermediate School –
    Clean out your locker, take home PE uniform items, and follow all iPad guidelines sent from Mrs. Miller/Tech Dept, before departing campus after your last final.

    Upper School –
    If you have a locker, please clean it out prior to departing campus for the summer. If you are a senior or are not returning next year, turn in your laptop to Mrs. Miller at the conclusion of you last exam.

Please Note:

  1. There will be no mid-day van service on exam days. All students in grades 6-12 must leave
    campus at the conclusion of their last exam of the day.
  2. Lunch will not be served to students in grades 6-12 on exam days.
  3. Grades will be finalized in PowerSchool for viewing at the conclusion of exam week on Friday, May 25. Please
    print a copy for your records, paper report cards will not be mailed out.
