Lower School Science
This week in Science Lab 2nd Graders studied phases of the moon. We sculpted the phases using Oreo Cookie Creme. Students were polled to determine what we should do with the icing we scraped away to form our phases. The OVERWHELMING result: Eat the icing!!

Thank you to all the families that participated in the Original Works magnet fundraiser! The money raised will go towards supplies for next year!
All lower school students will be bringing home their artwork this week! Take the time to sit down and look through their collection with them, you will be amazed at their ideas and creativity! I am always blown away at how talented and intelligent these students are!
Buddy Run
CBL Buddy Run is this Saturday, May 2, at Austin Peay Foy Center. Arrive at between by 730, race begins at 8am! Packets will come home this Thursday with t-shrts and directions for Race Day! There will be a Clarksville Academy Tent set up for all runners and their families. Good Luck to to all students who are participating in the Queen City Race this weekend!

Box Tops & Campbell’s Labels
This is a reminder that CA collects Campbell’s labels and Box Tops through our CAA. The money raised from this project funds various school improvement projects. Last year we raised over $2000 through the Box Tops program alone! Please turn yours into your child’s teacher or Ms. Turnage in the front office.
