Exam Schedules

It’s that time of year again!

Below you will find the exam schedules and information for the both our Intermediate School (Grades 6-8) as well as our Upper School (Grades 9-12).    You can download a pdf of each school’s exam schedule below.

2011-2012 Intermediate School (Grades 6-8) Exam Information

Notes to students and parents of Intermediate School students:

1. There will be no assembly on exam days.  You are to report to your first exam on time.  Do not be late.
2. Take items needed for each exam and to study for the next.  No students are to be released for any reason during exam time.
3. If you do not have an exam, you do not need to be on campus.  However, if you are unable to leave or need to study, all of your teachers will be in their classrooms during the scheduled time for that class period.
4. Students must be picked up after last exam by a parent or designee.  Students may not leave campus and walk to a restaurant and/or business to be picked up at a later time.
5. Please do not arrive on campus until just prior to your scheduled final.  Be very quiet if you need something out of your locker.  Avoid disrupting finals in progress.  You are not to wander around campus.
6. When leaving after a final, do so quickly and quietly.  Again, avoid disrupting the next final.
7. Food will be available for sale at the snack bar during break.
8. You may want to bring a lunch on Wednesday, December 14, if you have to stay for all three exams.  Lunch will not be provided or served in the lunchroom.
9. Teachers will be monitoring the halls before, during, and after each final.  Please be where you are supposed to be or you will be written up for a hallway violation.

Please Note: 

1. Intermediate students do not have exams during their P.E., Study Hall, or Rotation periods.
2. There will be no mid-day van service on exam days.  All students in grades 6-12 must leave campus at the conclusion of their last exam of the day.
3. Lunch will not be served to students in grades 6-12 on exam days.
4. Report Cards will be mailed home to parents the first week of January.

2. Take whatever you need for each exam and to study for the next.  No students are to be released for any reason during exam time.

All students arriving on campus without an 8:00 exam are to report to that class regardless.  Students that have to remain on campus between exams or after their last exam must report to that class.  No non-driving students will be allowed to leave campus during the exam day unless being picked up by a parent.
