Clarksville Academy Summer Camps
Summer Camps will be in full swing at Clarksville Academy this summer! Check out our website often for updates to this schedule. Camp registrations will be taken via CA website beginning May 1.

Roxy’s Beauty and the Beast
Brianna Fuller, a senior at Clarksville Academy, will be in the Roxy Regional Theatre’s production of “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” She is cast in the role of Belle. Becca Winters, also a senior, is in the play as well. They can be seen in the play after they get back from their senior trip. Those dates are May 26-June 12 at 6pm (Wed-Sat). The play is appropriate for all ages and the cost per ticket is $10.00. The Roxy is located at the corner of 1st and Franklin in downtown Clarksville.
Lost and Found
The lost and found box in the gym is overflowing! Please stop by and check for items that you may have lost. On May 28, the unclaimed items will be donated to Goodwill.
Parent Notice
Please do not park in the lower lot by the gym or on the hill. These spots are assigned student parking. Also, for safety reasons, no student is to be picked up anywhere but out front during regular pick-up times. The cars in the lower lot are creating a distracting and safety hazard.
In addition, please do not leave cars unattended while parked in the pick-up and drop-off lanes. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Parents may access grades at any time using the Parent Portal at the bottom corner of the CA web-site’s home page. If you have misplaced your access codes please call the office.

Final Exam Schedule
Final exams for Intermediate & Upper School students will be held on May 25, 26, and 27. Exam schedules are as follows:
Intermediate School: May 25: 8-9:30 1st Period; 9:30-9:45 Break; 9:45-11:15 2nd Period; May 26: 8-9:30 3rd Period; 9:30-9:45 Break; 9:45-11:15 4th Period; 11:20-12:45 5th Period; May 27: No exams scheduled for 6-8 grades *except for Physical Science students which will be given from 8-9:30
Upper School: May 25: 8-9:30 1st Period; 9:30-9:45 Break; 9:45-11:15 2nd Period; May 26: 8-9:30 3rd Period; 9:30-9:45 Break; 9:45-11:15 4th Period; 11:20-12:45 5th Period; May 27: 8-9:30 6th Period; 9:30-9:45 Break; 9:45-11:15 7th Period
Seniors: The final days of your senior year are coming to an end. Graduation practice for all seniors will take place in the Miller Activities Center at 11:30 A.M. on May 27. Students should dress appropriately as graduation photographs will be taken immediately after practice. Seniors must bring cap, gown (pressed and hanging on a hanger), tassel, collar (for girls), etc. to school that morning. Photograph package information was sent home in a mailing. Each senior must stay for the group photograph even though he/she might not wish to purchase a copy. The senior class luncheon with Mrs. Drew will be held immediately following graduation photos on Thursday, May 27 in the library. All seniors are expected to attend. Finally, seniors will meet in the auxiliary gym on Friday, May 28, no later than 6:00 P.M. Please see dress notes sent home in the mailing.
Middle School Boys Basketball
Any Clarksville Academy student in the 5th, 6th, or 7th grades THIS year interested in playing Boys basketball next year needs to participate in conditioning on the following dates:
June 14th, 16th, 17th, 21st, 23rd, and 24th from 5pm -7pm each night
July 12th, 14th, and 15th from 5pm-7pm each night
Intermediate Girls Basketball Conditioning
Basketball conditioning will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3:00-5:00 in the auxiliary gym, weather permitting. Conditioning is for girls who are currently 5th, 6th, and 7th graders.
Intermediate School Dance Team
A letter has been sent home announcing the start of the Intermediate Dance Team. Tryouts will be held in September. Questions can be directed to Jennifer Maynard at maynardbill@bellsouth.net or please call 552-0082.
